Estimates and formal pricing apply only to areas within a 45km radius of Brackenfell, excluding the following areas and complexes: Malmesbury, Moorreesburg, Sea Point, Hout Bay, Simon’s Town, Kommetjie, Ocean View, Noordhoek, Fishhoek, complexes in Paarl, complexes in Wellington, complexes in Stellenbosch, Franschhoek, and Sitari. Please enquire with our office directly if you are situated in one of these areas / complexes. 
4. We reserve the right to determine our ability to service these areas and, if possible, additional costs will apply. Please contact our office for a formal quote for these areas.

1. Online Estimates: The estimates provided by our system are for informational purposes only and are not binding. A formal site visit is required to issue an official quote.
2. Pricing: Estimate prices apply only within the 45km radius of Brackenfell. However, specific areas and complexes, as mentioned above, are excluded from the Winter 2025 Promo. Additional costs will apply for those areas. Please contact our office directly for a formal quote.
3. Service Areas: While we strive to serve areas within the 45km radius, we reserve the discretion to decline service in certain areas or complexes based on our capacity. Additional charges will apply if we accept the work in those areas/complexes.
