Warranty Period + Terms & Conditions
  • NEW POOLS: Please have a read through the AGMT document which was sent with your quote. This document contains all terms & conditions during and after the installation, as well as the WARRANTEES available for a swimming pool installation. Alternatively, the Ts&Cs and Warrantees can be viewed on our website.
  • SUPPORTING DOCS: When logging a warranty, please upload YOUR QUOTE + FINAL INVOICE + FINAL PROOF OF PAYMENT + PHOTO/VIDEO OF THE ISSUE. No warranty claim will be processed without these documents.
  • WARRANTEES ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE TO A THIRD PARTY AND ARE ONLY APPLICABLE TO THE FIRST PURCHASER WHO LEGALLY SIGNED FOR THE INSTALLATION OF THE SWIMMING POOL.
  • CALL OUT FEE: Where items such as plumbing (piping & fittings), coping, paving & cement works are out of the warranty period, a call out fee will be charged for the repair works. This amount covers the cost for labour and fuel and is payable in advance.
  • CLARIFICATION: Once a repair has been carried out either within the initial warranty period or after the warranty period, the original warranty does not reset or restart.
  • VALID WARRANTY CLAIMS: The Client must notify BK PROJECTS SA within 7 days of an alleged defect occurring. BK PROJECTS SA has at least 30 days to rectify such defect, provided that the warranty claim is a valid claim.
  • No warranty can be logged for a maintenance issue.
  • PLEASE NOTE: IN OUR PEAK SEASON (SEPTEMBER – MARCH) WARRANTY CALL OUTS TAKE LONGER THAN USUAL.
